TERMS OF SERVICE

01. ENGAGEMENT SCOPE & STATEMENTS OF WORK

All engineering, design, and marketing services provided by ZYXORA PRIVATE LIMITED are executed pursuant to formal Statements of Work (SOW) or retainer agreements. Each SOW defines deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestone schedules, and fee structures.

02. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CODE OWNERSHIP

Upon full settlement of agreed project fees, all custom software code, interface designs, database schemas, and proprietary assets authored specifically for the client are assigned to the client.

ZYXORA retains ownership of its underlying core libraries, WebGL shaders, reusable frameworks, and internal development tools utilized across projects.

03. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS & WARRANTY

Projects ship with a 30-day post-launch warranty covering defect remediation. Extended uptime, performance benchmarks, and security response windows are governed by dedicated SLA retainers.

04. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZYXORA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, domain provider outages, or unauthorized external breaches.

05. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of ZYXORA PRIVATE LIMITED.
