ZYXORA is a digital development and design company. We take products from first principles to production, and we build our own alongside our clients'.

WHO WE ARE

BUILT FROM NOTHING, HEADED TOWARDS EVERYTHING.

Most digital work is handed between specialists — one company for strategy, another for design, a third to build it, a fourth to run the marketing. Every handover costs context, and the product is what pays for it.

We are set up the other way round. Architecture, interface, commerce and growth sit in the same team, which is why the thing that ships resembles the thing that was designed.

Engineering standards that hold up under real production load, not just in a demo. Systems are built to be operated, monitored and changed by people who were not in the room when they were written.

SPEED

Short paths from decision to deployment. Speed comes from removing handovers and rework, never from skipping the parts of the job that make software last.

OWNERSHIP

We build and run our own products. That means we carry the consequences of our own architectural decisions, which is a very direct way to learn which ones were worth making.

CRAFT

Typography, motion and detail treated as engineering rather than decoration. A brand system that is not implementable is a mood board, not a brand system.

THE PROCESS

The shape is always the same, whatever the size of the engagement. What changes is how long each part takes and how much of it you want to run yourselves.

    DEFINE

    What the product has to do, who it is for, and what would count as it working. We would rather disagree about this now than discover it during a build.

    DESIGN

    Interface, identity and motion designed as one system, in a form the build can actually consume — tokens, components and states, not flat pictures of screens.

  3. 03

    BUILD

    Front end, back end and infrastructure by the same team, in the open, with something running that you can use from early on rather than at the end.

    LAUNCH

    Deployment, monitoring and the unglamorous operational work that decides whether a launch is an event or an incident.

    ITERATE

    Measure, decide, change. Either with us continuing, or with your team owning it and us out of the way — both are a good outcome.
